Hoagy Higgins
Founder and CEO
LUTCF has helped individuals and families with their financial needs since 1982. Hoagy, a well-known Rochester personality, stays involved in local community activities including youth sports, Soap Box Derby, Rochester Crime Line, The Rochester Sports Hall of Fame, and the Rochester Share Fund. He is a lifetime member of the Jaycee’s and a received the 2007 Rochester Small Business of the Year Award. Professionally, he is a three-time Prudential Insurance Company Citation winner, Prudential’s highest award.
Troy Large
Agent
Troy started with Lachapelle and Higgins in 1997. He graduated from Rochester’s Spaulding High School and the University of New Hampshire where he studied Political Science and Sociology. He also studied abroad with the European Union on a project to manage infrastructure and state labor procurements. In his spare time, Troy enjoys his family, cooking, camping, skiing, fishing, hiking, and hunting.
Keith Cook
Agent
Keith, a lifelong resident of Rochester, is a true professional in the area of Property and Casualty insurance. He is a graduate of Spaulding High School and attended Keene State College where he studied Business Management. Keith enjoys community service, camping, fishing, and hunting.
